Disabled People Feel Happy Getting More Attention

The Jakarta Provincial Government continues to work hard to make its citizens happy through physic and non-physic development programs in the capital, especially for disabled people.

I hope Jakarta to be more victorious and better with happy citizens

As felt by one of disabled people who is also a former chess athlete, Herli (48) said that the current development of public facilities and infrastructures is providing easy accessibility for disabled.

"In addition to public transportation, the government also provided adequate sidewalk and crossing bridge (JPO) which are now far more welcoming for us," he expressed, at Jakarta City Hall, Tuesday (9/3).

Anies Distributes Jakarta Disability Cards for Disabled People

For him, equality is an important part in the implementation of city development. He was very grateful to Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan and all staff who have given much attention.

"I hope Jakarta to be more victorious and better with happy citizens," he hoped.

Related with financial aid through Jakarta disability card, it was a new breakthrough that has been eagerly awaited.

"We are very grateful, as there are still a lot of our friends who do need help," he said.
